Directions to Little Portion Friary
Little Portion Friary is located about 60 miles east of New York City on the north shore of Long Island. We are only minutes from the beach and local shopping. (Some maps give the street name as BayView.)

From the south shore of Long Island points East and West:
Take Exit 63 North (No. Ocean Ave. /Route 83) from the Long Island Expressway (US 495). Continue on Route 83 (approximately 9 miles) until you reach the light at the intersection of Route 83 and Mt. Sinai – Coram Rd.
Turn left at the light onto Mt. Sinai – Coram Rd
Continue straight at the light at the next intersection (Mt.Sinai-Coram Rd. and Rt. 25A.) to the STOP sign at the end of Mt. Sinai-Coram Rd. at the intersection with Shore Rd.
Turn right at the STOP sign onto Shore Road then turn left at the first street, this is Old Post Road. Continue on Old Post Road up the hill to #48 on your left at the top of the hill.


From the north shore of Long Island points East and West:
Take Route 25A or 347 to Mt.Sinai-Coram Road, in Mt. Sinai. Turn NORTH onto Mt. Sinai-Coram Rd and continue straight going through the light at the next intersection (Mt. Sinai-Coram Rd. and North Country Rd.) to the STOP sign at the end of Mt. Sinai - Coram Rd.
Turn right at the STOP sign (onto Shore Rd) and then turn left at the first street, this is Old Post Road. Continue on Old Post Road up the hill to #48 on your left at the top of the hill.
