Wayside House is the guest house of Little Portion Friary. The house can accommodate sixteen people. There are three rooms that are doubles; the rest are singles. On the main floor of the house there are three bathrooms with showers, a kitchenette and parlor.Extra bedrooms are sometimes available in the Friary. There is no cooking in Wayside House. All meals are taken with the community in Friary dining room.Scheduling and ReservationsLittle Portion is open to guests Tuesday through Sunday. Individuals are welcome during the week and on weekends as space allows.Group retreats are†usually scheduled for weekends, with guests arriving on Friday, after dinner, and departing on Sunday after lunch. Group reservations should be made in advance as weekends are most popular.
